Botswana Bound

This is the day we have been waiting for…we leave in 3 hours and will be traveling for the next 27 hours. We are looking forward to the greeting on the other side as we meet up with our grandkids…and their parents. 🙂

The Blessings

*We received the final money toward the $30,000 for our moving fund on Sunday!

*We are at 97% of our support level. Nine churches are included in that amount that will start sending support soon. 🙂

*A blessed send off by Lehigh Valley Baptist Church this weekend.

*We got most of our house cleaned and emptied before we leave. Now I understand why missionaries often leave a mess behind. 🙂

The Prayer Request!

*Our Visas have not yet been reviewed. The embassy promised to be in touch on Monday, but of course that was a holiday. We will go as tourists for the time being and work through all the red tape to get this settled. In the mean time we have work to do for the Master.

*Divine direction as we begin to make new contacts in the country and on the continent.

*Thank you to all the churches that have sent to help with our Moving Fund. Many expenses and your generosity will not go unrewarded.

*Thank you to the many folks that are praying!! You are absolutely necessary to any success in the ministry in Africa. Please do not stop praying! We desperately need God’s blessing and help.
